Reduce inbox noise

I measured that the exact same questions might be asked up to 9 times per day (each!) within my practice of 20-30 clinicians.

Often, this revolved around whose responsibility it was to do something on that specific day.

RALPH reduces friction for the whole team by making answers as easily accessible as possible, using intelligent search functionality and a holistic approach to practice management.

Everything in one place.

From rooms to guidelines, RALPH has got you covered.

It started with a simple frustration.

Working in general practice, I found myself looking for simple information in places that seemed designed to make it as hard as possible to find it.

I was constantly searching spreadsheets and external websites, or asking colleagues questions that felt like they shouldn’t have needed asking. This added up to between 10 and 72 minutes per day of my time wasted.

I built RALPH to make those everyday answers easy to find, so we can focus our time and energy on what matters.
